We're an 8-figure ecommerce company. Today the CEO ships the landing pages, writes the ads, wires the bots and forecasts the stock himself, in Claude Code and Codex, all day. He wants one person in Lisbon who works the same way, to take that over one function at a time, and to launch new products on Google Ads for our dropshipping store. €3,000 a month + 5% of the net profit you add. Lisbon, 2–5 days a week at the office, the rest from home.

[5–8] the things you built last month, running without you.
the job
What your week actually looks like.
Ship a landing page every working day
The ad account needs something new to test every day. You clone a winning page in FunnelStudio or Shopify, rewrite it for the next angle with Claude, QA it on a phone, publish it and put traffic on it. One page a day is the number on your scorecard from day one. The skills, templates and QA scripts already exist. You inherit them, then make them better.
Make the ads that run against it
Static and video creatives for Facebook, generated from a brief with image and video models, in batches of ten and twenty, policy-safe. 48 hours later you read what stopped people and what didn't, and the next batch comes from that. Most of what you make will lose. The ones that win pay for everything.
Build the machines the company runs on
The customer-service bot that answers tickets. The forecast that says when to reorder stock. The cron that checks every subscription billed correctly this morning. Anything you do twice becomes a script, a skill or a cron, in a repo, with a test. You leave structure behind you.
Take over the founder's job, one function at a time
The first two weeks you sit next to him at our office by Jardim da Estrela and watch how he prompts. Then he watches how you do. Pages first, then ads, then customer service, then operations. The goal is that by month six he is not in the loop, and by month twelve you run people who work the way you do.
what's already built
You don't start from zero.
A year of daily launches left a working machine behind. Your job is to run it, then rebuild the parts that are slow.
A skills library, not a blank prompt
Dozens of Claude Code skills for advertorials, landing pages, ad batches, compliance, QA and publishing, written from real launches with real money behind them. You add to it every week, and the whole company gets faster.
Every tool and model, on our account
7 Claude accounts you run and manage in parallel, plus Codex, image and video model credits, FunnelStudio, Shopify, Meta. Nobody will ever ask you to justify a token bill. You will be asked what shipped.
Numbers within 48 hours
Everything you build goes live against real ad budget. You see conversion rate, hook rate and profit per page, not a manager's opinion. The scoreboard is the only feedback loop.
is this you?
We're looking for one kind of person.
If four of these made you nod before you finished reading them, apply. If none did, this is the wrong page and that is fine.
Claude Code or Codex is your main tool, every day. Not "have tried". You have opinions about subagents, hooks and skills, and a folder of your own. Two-plus years of shipping software that other people used.
Terminals, plural. Several agents running at once, on separate branches, and you get twitchy when one of them sits idle. If one dies overnight, you notice before breakfast.
You read the release notes for fun. You knew what shipped this week before we did, and you have already tried it on something real.
You build systems, not one-offs. Anything you did twice is a script, a skill or a cron, with a test, in a repo. Structure calms you down.
Lisbon, 2–5 days a week at the office. Two weeks of onboarding in person at our office by Jardim da Estrela, then 2–5 office days a week and the rest from home. You're here, or you'll move. Full-time, and we're your only client.
Fine with an adult wellness brand. One of our brands sells adult products. The ads are non-explicit, and it is real money.
the deal
€3,000 a month + 5% of the profit you add, in Lisbon, with every tool paid for.
€3,000 a month + 5%
Plus 5% of the net profit you add: every product you launch on Google Ads for our dropshipping store and keep profitable pays you 5% of its net profit. Full-time, in Lisbon, employed on a Portuguese contract through Deel: social security, paid holidays, and the 13th and 14th month. Paid on time, every month, from a company that has never missed a payment. It goes up with each function you take over, set by what you ship, not by the interview.
The ladder is the founder's job
Each function you take over, your number goes up. Pages, then ads, then customer service, then operations. First pick of a team when we launch the next brand. We promote results, not tenure.
No layers, no committee
You report to the founder, with no one in between. Your work goes from your terminal to a live ad account the same day. A small senior team, worldwide, and nobody between you and the number.

Name and email, then five questions you answer in your own words. Three are real jobs: design our customer-service bot, write its prompt, and design the system that takes over the founder's morning. Then your links and a few quick facts, then ninety seconds on camera with three questions sprung live. The video is optional.

Use Claude while you answer. We would worry if you didn't. The written answers are read by a person, and the bot you design is one we are actually building. No minimum length: say it in as few words as it takes.
